At La Double F, we want you to love your hair tools and styling products.If you need to make a return or exchange, please read our official guidelines below:

  1. Return Window 
  2. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your order.
  3. Eligibility Conditions
  4. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original, undamaged packaging. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, hair accessories and brushes cannot be returned once opened or used.
  5. Return  Process
  6. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team with your order number. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
  7. Damaged or Faulty Items
  8. If your hair tool or product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will ship a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
