Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery times are as follows:
  • United States: 7–14 business days.
  • Europe & Latin America: 7–20 business days.
    Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your specific location and local customs clearance.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is strictly in its original, brand-new condition. Due to the high value of our timepieces, returns will be immediately rejected if any protective plastics on the crystal or bracelet have been removed, if official brand tags are cut, or if the luxury manufacturer’s packaging is damaged. 

To initiate a return and receive the designated secure return address, you must contact our support team beforehand. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. You can enter this number directly on our "Track Your Order" page to view real-time delivery updates.
